Spark By Hilton Denver East I 70

The hotel is very hot inside. Thankfully each room has a working AC. The Building is obviously old; not necessarily a bad thing but some renovation is needed. The one elevator for the entire hotel was very slow and very hot inside. The staff was not very friendly either.

We had a really great stay at this luxurious and convenient hotel. Unbeatable location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. Everything was great and within 19 minutes' drive of Denver International airport.

Horible. Bed bugs, only one washer and dryer ! Bed was falling off the rail ! Asked for a refund so we could go stay at another comfort in and they told us no!! Will never stay again

Nothing - The receptionist was the rudest individual I've dealt with in many many years. And her manager obviously isn't aware. They called the police on me!!! They wanted to copy my driver's lisc and I refused (never heard of such a thing!) and she took about 45 minutes to even get me registered (or attempted to do so) at 1 A.M.!!!! never ever again will I stay at a Comfort Inn. (Btw - The police advised that copying the dl is Colorado state law... Would have been super helpful if Jade, the rude receptionist, would have informed me of this to begin with! Would have avoided a lot of angst!

Don't go here - because if they jerk you around for an hour and you show the slightest amount of unhappiness about your treatment, they call the cops! Most incredible thing I've ever experienced at a hotel. And this was after an 11 hour 700 mile drive. Thanks (not) Comfort Inn and your super rude receptionist, Jade.

The bed was awesome as usual; the staff were very good!

Well, there was some confusion related to "double" billing and refunding. I was originally billed through an agency and charged again at the hotel; the staff squared it away in a timely fashion!

Comfortable bed and helpful staff who let us stay a bit longer after checkout time for our late flight home. Overall a good choice.

Room 129 noisy air conditioning. Noisy ice machine outside. Buzzing microwave oven (when not in use). Noisy external door nearby at night.

Price was right

The dinner bell came around for 6 days strait and the same food was on the table. That is not dinner it was just plain cheap food. The hotel would be better off saving there money feeding people and having them walk away with a bad taste in their mouth. Hire a chef or get out of food.

Nice HD television.

Eggs were dry. Bacon was greasy and not done. Orange juice was watered down. Maids didn't replenish my shampoo each day. Jets in the Jacuzzi were not working. Young kids were allowed to be in the Jacuzzi - NO sign prohibiting young children from going in the hot Jacuzzi. The security door into the pool area malfunctioned about half the time and wouldn't let me it with my card. Rough/difficult parking with all the big rigs hogging all the close in parking spots. Why don't they park AWAY from the back entrance instead of taking up 2 or 3 spaces up close????? Access to the hotel is awful - right turn on Peoria a real hinderance.

Breakfast was a hassle, but that was due to a few inconsiderate guests, can't really blame the hotel for that!

Friendly staff and great pool, but front desk management could be inconsistent.

Nice facilities with very comfortable beds.

The channel guide for the TV did not match what you actually could access and the channel numbers on the guide had nothing to do with the channels you could view.

Great breakfast. Convenient location.

My room wasn't reserved when I arrived, though I had reserved previously on Booked.net. The clerk at the front desk was not helpful, telling me there were no rooms available. I then went to my car and again booked a room at this same hotel using the Booking . Com app. When I went back in she had a room for me?! Very annoying late at night in a strange city.

The whirlpool tub was great, while the pool looked a little dirty.

Room was very comfortable

Front desk clerks were brusk and not helpful or eager to make the stay pleasant. Felt like they were doing the minimum to get a pay check

The service counter lady was tops in our book very sweet.

I didn't like when I sent my 16 year old grandson down to get coffee one of the employees who was cleaning the area up told him if he spilt the coffee he would have to clean the mess up himself For the kind of money you charge that should never been said to him even though if he had of he would have anyway.
